Workshop Description:
Emails and telephone calls are the lifeblood of business and this workshop trains participants in these core communication skills. The first day focusses on learning how to write emails using the phrases, formats and grammar that are appropriate to a variety of business situations. On the second day, participants train their spoken-language skills, along with common phone phrases, in both routine and unpredictable telephone conversations by simulating real-life situations through guided role-plays.

- Three levels of instruction: elementary (A2), intermediate (B1), and upper-intermediate (B2) English speakers
- Ideal for sales staff, customer service representatives, receptionists and any staff members that frequently communicate by email and telephone in English
